The product
LIORA is a French application that brings the day-to-day running of your Shopify store into one place: products and variants, media, collections, pricing and margins, stock, orders, customer records and promotions. Everything sits together and stays in sync with your store, both ways.
A Shopify app solves one specific problem and adds to the pile. LIORA replaces the pile: one screen for your catalogue, stock, prices, orders and customers, without switching tools or entering the same information twice.
Thirteen modules are available right now: dashboard, products, media, stock, pricing, orders, customers, promotions, bundles, collections, integrations, history and settings. The Roadmap page shows exactly what has shipped, what is being written and what is planned.
Yes. The price and the features are the same for everyone: a shop with a few dozen references and a catalogue of several thousand products use the same application, with no tier to climb.
Getting started
A few minutes. You authorise access to your Shopify store, your catalogue starts importing automatically, and you can work as soon as the first sync completes.
No. The interface is meant to be picked up straight away, with explanations shown next to the fields that need them. Nothing to install, no development, no server configuration.
Yes. LIORA reads your catalogue as it stands and mirrors it faithfully. Nothing is overwritten without your action: your changes are sent back to Shopify in a controlled way, and every push shows its status.
Yes. The trial lasts 5 days. You add your card when you subscribe — that is what opens the app — but nothing is charged before the trial ends, and you can cancel in one click until then.
Pricing & billing
€40 excluding VAT per month, or €420 a year — €35 a month, paid once. Everything is included: no setup fee, no paid extras, no charge per product or per order.
One plan, the same for everyone — and two ways to pay for it: monthly, or yearly with €60 off. The features are identical either way: you never have to wonder whether what you need is in your tier.
Yes, and we say so plainly: the price follows the value of the platform. LIORA costs €40 excluding VAT per month for the modules available today; as the roadmap is delivered, the price will move with it — for new subscribers and existing ones alike. Every change is announced in advance, and if it doesn't suit you, you cancel in one click before it applies.
In one click from your settings, with no notice period and no justification. The subscription ends when the current period does, and your Shopify store carries on as normal.
Shopify & syncing
Yes. Your Shopify catalogue is imported into LIORA, and your changes to products, prices, stock, media and collections are sent back to Shopify. Every operation is recorded and its status is visible.
Your actions are queued and replayed automatically once it recovers. Nothing is lost, and the sync screen shows what is still waiting to be sent.
Not yet: one subscription currently covers one store. Multi-store management is on the roadmap and will be included in the subscription once it ships.
Shopify is the only platform supported today. The architecture is open and other channels could follow, but we would rather not announce anything we cannot yet commit to.
Roadmap
The AI centre, advanced analytics, customer communication and intelligent replenishment are being written now. Finance, workforce management and marketing come after that.
Because it is better to say what exists and what does not yet. The Roadmap page sorts every module into three columns: available today, in development, planned. You know exactly what you are buying.
Continuously, module by module. Because each module stands on its own, improvements arrive without disturbing what you already use, and with no migration work on your side.
Yes, and it helps. User requests weigh directly on what gets built next: write to us from the Contact page describing your actual need.
Security & data
In Europe, with strictly controlled access and encryption in transit. You remain the owner of your data at all times.
You set each user's permissions, module by module. The history keeps a record of every important action: who did what, when, and to which item.
Yes. Your data can be exported at any time, with no special procedure and no exit fee.
You revoke access to your store and request deletion of your data. Nothing is held hostage: your Shopify catalogue keeps working exactly as before.
Support & guidance
Write to us from the Contact page: support is handled by the people who build the application. Contextual explanations are also shown directly within the screens.
Yes, on request. We can help you connect your store and bring your catalogue across. For specific needs or a large volume, the Quote page lets you describe your situation.
