Orders imported from your Shopify store are the basis of the calculation: margin is measured on the cost of what was actually sold over the period. Your customer invoices are managed in LIORA — payments recorded, sending by email, reminders, sorting by status — along with your suppliers’ purchase invoices and the VAT collected over the period of your choice.
