Report illegal content
LIORA hosts the files and data that its customers upload to the application. If any of this content seems illegal to you, report it here: every notice is read and reviewed by a person.
What your notice must contain
- A substantiated explanation: the precise reasons why you consider this content to be illegal.
- The exact location: the address (URL) of the content and, where necessary, anything that helps us find it.
- Your name and email address: unless the content involves child sexual abuse, in which case you may remain anonymous.
- A statement of good faith: you confirm that the information and allegations provided are accurate and complete.
These are the four elements required by Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act.
What happens next
- An acknowledgement of receipt: sent to you as soon as your notice is received, if you have given your email address.
- A review by a person: diligent, objective and non-arbitrary; no decision is taken by automated means.
- A reasoned decision: notified to you by email, together with the means of redress available to you.

Content that may constitute a criminal offence can also be reported to the French authorities on the PHAROS platform (internet-signalement.gouv.fr).
