Terms of use

These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the LIORA service.

The service is available to business users holding a valid account. Some features may require a paid plan.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

You undertake to use the service in accordance with the law and not to interfere with its proper operation or with the rights of third parties.

LIORA and all of its components remain the exclusive property of LIORA.

The service is provided "as is". LIORA cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from its use.

The prices that apply are those shown on the Pricing page on the day of subscription. All prices are exclusive of tax.

As LIORA is developed continuously, prices may be revised as new features are made available. Any revision is notified in writing before it takes effect, giving thirty (30) days' notice, and applies to all subscriptions, including those already running.

Any user who does not accept the new price may terminate their subscription before it takes effect, at no cost or penalty.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
