Numbers and dates speak your language
Numbers, amounts and dates now follow the language chosen in LIORA rather than your browser settings: no more “12,5” in an English interface.
Every month, what changed in the app, named and dated. Only what you see on screen: no promises, no technical detail.

Numbers, amounts and dates now follow the language chosen in LIORA rather than your browser settings: no more “12,5” in an English interface.
The “Stock” tab replaces “Inventory”, the “Not synchronized” badge says what it means, and your role is spelled out under your name. On a laptop screen, the side column of lists moves below the table instead of hiding columns.
Pages still scroll with the mouse wheel, the touchpad or the keyboard, but without a visible bar, whatever the screen size.
On the Profitability page, the margin is calculated on the cost of what was actually sold over the period.
Variants are grouped under their product: ten sizes no longer make ten rows. The per-variant detail lives in the product page’s “Stock” tab.
Filter the product list by type: the best sellers shown at the top are those of that type.
Duplicate an existing material or supply, or create several at once in a table you fill in row by row. The unit cost is shown in your company currency.
The Health centre score takes all your out-of-stock variants into account: it can no longer show an excellent score when part of the catalogue is sold out.

If a stock change cannot reach Shopify (store disconnected, missing permission), LIORA refuses it and explains how to fix it. A reconnected store gets its stock back.
The Health centre flags stock changes that could not be sent to Shopify, and lets you send them again.
The Subscription page shows who collects payment, the agreed amount, since when you have been subscribed and your contract history. An “Unsubscribe” button explains the steps to follow in Shopify.
Creating an account from the Shopify App Store asks you to accept the terms (terms of use, terms of sale and data processing agreement), and every refusal is explained by a specific message.
The subscription has its own menu entry and is activated at installation. Its price is a round amount in your store’s currency.
Each order’s fulfillment status and parcels come back from Shopify, and “Mark everything shipped” covers every location. The price paid takes every discount code into account: revenue, margins and promotion results are no longer overstated.
A receipt, a breakage or a production entered in LIORA is added to Shopify’s stock instead of replacing it: sales and shipments made in the meantime are preserved.
On a laptop with a short screen, pages scroll normally, without cascading scrollbars.
An invoice’s payment now comes from the paid order: a paid order no longer leaves its invoice “pending”.
From “Fulfill items…”, print the packing slip as a PDF: location, item, reference (SKU) and quantity still to prepare.
Customer search accepts a phone number, whatever its format, or an order number, with or without “#”.
Record an internal note directly on the customer page: it is saved in your store, without being shown to the customer. The page also shows their buying rhythm: one order every N days.
An address you open or reload (an order, a product…) is shown directly after you sign in, instead of sending you back to the dashboard.
In Configuration › Users, an employee who leaves the company can be removed: they lose all access immediately, and their past actions remain, without their name.
A progress bar follows the first sync before you reach the dashboard. You can also replace the store already connected, after seeing the list of what will be erased.
An invoice can be cancelled, with a warning before any final action. Figures can be read over the period of your choice (this month, last month, the quarter, the year), with VAT collected and a trend chart.
Before a request is sent to support, the form warns you if it contains personal data about one of your customers.
A permanent search bar at the top of the screen, also on the Ctrl + K shortcut, finds products, customers, orders, collections, materials… and takes you there in one click.
A star on records (product, customer, order, collection, material…) and a “Favourites” page that gathers your bookmarks.
The “Activity” screen traces the actions taken in LIORA, across every area, with filters and a summary.
In Configuration › General, choose the screen LIORA opens on (the dashboard, the Workshop or the Catalog, for example). The choice is also offered in the welcome flow.
During a full import, or right at installation, choose the date from which your sales are imported. Leave the field empty to import the whole history.
In the Workshop, record production losses (broken candles, failed pours…) and track their rate by category, against a target, with their cost.
Invoices are sorted by status (paid, to collect, pending, overdue, drafts, cancelled), and a payment can be recorded directly from the invoice.
Send an invoice by email, several at once if needed, send a customer a reminder and find the sending history.
An overview, then profitability by product, promotion, supplier and raw material, with its trend over time. It is only shown to users allowed to see costs.
A view by area (stock, products, customers, promotions, sync) flags what is wrong, with the score history. Issues are fixed on the spot, and a dated PDF report sums up the current state.
When a customer pays in a currency other than the store’s, the order first shows what they paid, then the conversion. Daily revenue no longer adds up different currencies.
The corrected quantity appears immediately in the Stock list, and each row leads to the product page.
Recipe costs are shown in your company currency, and an “Add a photo” frame lets you drop in a recipe image.

Internal work that never affects your store has its own center: Replenishment, Manufacturing, Production, Raw materials and Purchasing live in the Workshop, with its own menu.
Each recipe carries its code, suggested selling price and estimated margin. The editor separates materials and supplies with their subtotals, and a recipe can be duplicated in one click.
A supply is counted in pieces, the reference and packaging are part of the form, and every material has its record: identity, cost, stock, history and the recipes that use it.
Pick your currency once and for all in Configuration › Company: internal costs and margins follow it. You can also organize materials and recipes with your own categories.
On each GDPR request from one of your customers, “Export (PDF)” composes the file on the spot, ready to hand over, with nothing stored.
Counters with trends, status tabs, sortable table with payment method, upcoming due dates, top suppliers, CSV export — and reversible invoice cancellation: it leaves the totals and stays on file.
Search, browsing by topic, popular articles, step-by-step procedures, downloadable PDF guides, service status — and a real form to contact support.
Each collection shows its thumbnail and public address (/collections/…) directly in the list.
Pick finished products and their quantities: LIORA works down to the materials, rounds up to full packs, exports the shopping list as a PDF and creates the replenishment requests.
Each material stock entry keeps who, when, and the before and after, gathered with production outflows in the “Recent movements” panel.
An order’s payment method (last successful transaction) and product metafields are now read from your store.
The public roadmap shows what is in development and what is planned.
