Create a promotion
Launch a promotion and track its performance.

Step by step

Open promotion creation
Go to “Promotions”, then click Create an operation

Fill in the general information
The promotion name, a description if you wish, and its family: the year’s family by default, or a new one — “Christmas”, for example. You can also set a goal and start from one of your templates.

Choose the discount
The discount value, as a percentage, applies to the selling price of the selected items; each price can still be changed item by item.

Select the eligible items
Item by item, or the whole catalog in one go with “Whole catalogue”.

Set the validity period
Start and end dates, or “No end date” for an open-ended promotion.

Launch the promotion
Or “Save as draft” to keep it ready without touching prices. Click Launch the promotion
What you can do
- When the operation opens, the promotional prices are applied to your store; when it closes, the original prices are restored automatically.
- During an ongoing operation, the price of a discounted item is locked: it cannot be changed and will be restored when the operation closes. To change it, end the operation first.

- Minimum order amount, usage per customer, stacking and discount codes: these conditions are not active yet.
