View and enrich your customers

The list, the customer page, the segments — and what privacy requires.

What you can do

Open “Customers”: the list shows segments (VIP, Active, New, Inactive), calculated from orders. Search finds a customer by name, email, phone number or order number.
The customer page shows the customer’s orders and default address, which can be edited and is sent back to your store; the addresses specific to each order are on the order.
The birthday is entered on the customer page: Shopify does not provide one, so it stays in LIORA and is never sent to your store.
The “Internal note” is never shown to the customer: it is saved on their record in your store.
“Create an order” opens order creation from the customer page; then choose the customer there.

Depending on your permissions, a name or an email may appear as “hidden”: you can see that the customer exists, without the personal data.
The word “hidden” (missing permission) and the dash “—” (no value provided) are two distinct states, never confused.
