Create an order
Enter an order placed by phone or at the counter.

Step by step

Open order creation
Go to “Orders”, then click + Create an order

Build the order
Add products to the cart, choose a customer if needed (or create one with “+ New customer”) and fill in the details: payment status, discount, shipping fees, addresses, note and tags.

Confirm the creation
The order is created in your store; it will appear in the list after the next synchronization. Click Create the order
What you can do
- The final prices, discounts, taxes and shipping fees are calculated by your store: the total shown while you enter the order is an estimate.
