Managing stock and variants

Understanding stock, variants and their movements.

What you can do

Open “Stock” in the menu: the list has one row per product, and each row’s action menu offers “Manage variant stock”. On a product page, the “Stock” tab details each variant.
“Adjust stock” corrects a product’s quantities directly in LIORA: the correction is sent to your store, and the movement log records the difference and the resulting quantity.
If a change cannot be sent to the store (store disconnected, stock not linked yet, missing permission), it is not saved, and a message explains why and what to do.
The “Recent movements” panel tells the story of every change: an outbound movement for an order, stock in from a production run, a replenishment received, a manual adjustment, a recorded loss.
A product held at several locations shows its total in the lists; the breakdown by location is on the product page.
“0” (a real zero) and “unknown” (the store provided nothing) are never confused; in the filters, an unknown quantity shows as “Not reported”.

A correction made in your store’s admin does not appear in LIORA’s movement log: it only records what LIORA witnesses.
